If you're feeling flustered during therapy sessions or having trouble with engagement during your sessions, regulation may be the missing piece.

Regulation skills support optimal arousal so that a children can sustain attention in order to participate in activities, engage with others, and communicate for a variety of purposes. Young children need modeling and support from trusted adults in order to develop the ability to regulate their emotions and behaviors.

The Confidently Co-Regulating course will teach you how to support the development of regulation in young children through co-regulation strategies and sensory supports.

You'll learn how to identify regulation challenges and sensory needs through observation and (assessment). And how to utilize strategies in their sessions to facilitate a trusting relationship, engagement, learning, and communication.

You will learn how to be a better observer and detective so that you can select the just-right strategy to support the unique needs of each child.
